Jelena Kuljić

Jelena Kuljić was born in 1976 in Serbia and completed her studies in Jazz Singing at the Jazz Institute Berlin in 2008. In 2010, she released an eponymous album with her band “Yelena K & The Love Trio” on Double Moon Records. As a musician and an actor, she has worked with the likes of director David Marton appearing in many of his plays including Wozzeck, Das wohltemperierte Klavier (The Well-Tempered Clavier), Harmonia Caelestis and Das Schottenstück (The Scottish Play). (Volksbühne Berlin, Burgtheater Wien and Schaubühne Berlin) She worked with the director Constanza Macras in Forest: The Nature of Crisis and in On Fire. Jelena has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Münchner Kammerspiele since the 2015/2016 season.
