Daniel Murena

Daniel Murena is a musician and singer of the band Murena Murena. Musically influential stays in New York City at the end of the 90s. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. Since 2006 he has composed several soundtracks for films and plays. Collaborations with directors Pınar Karabulut, Fausto Molina, Uisenma Borchu, Tobias Yves Zintel, Roger Vontobel, Robert Lehniger, Felicitas Brucker at theaters such as Münchner Kammerspiele, Volksbühne Berlin, Schauspiel Köln, Royal Danish Theatre Copenhagen, Theatre de la Colline Paris, Schauspielhaus Hamburg, Volkstheater Wien, Schauspielhaus Bochum, Neumarkt Zürich, Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf. Most recently he composed the music for the web series Edward ll by Pınar Karabulut. In May 2021, the Murena Murena LP “take care of me” was released on Cut Surface.
