Oliver Beckmann

Oliver Beckmann studied law and political science in Berlin and Cologne. After completing his second state exam in law he worked as the Operations Manager at Schauspiel Hannover from 2002 to 2005, under the artistic direction of Wilfried Schulz. In summer 2005, Oliver took the position of Managing Director at the Berlin Ensemble under Claus Peymann. From 2009 to 2011 he worked in Berlin as a consultant for cultural institutions before joining the Münchner Kammerspiele as Managing Director in 2011.
