Jungmin Park

Jungmin Park (born 1983, South Korea) lives and works in Munich. She began her studies in Fine Art at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul (BA) and continued them from 2010 at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich under Prof. Jean-Marc Bustamante and Prof. Florian Pumhösl. Following an Erasmus exchange at the University of Edinburgh, she completed her studies in 2017 as a master’s student. In 2024, she received her diploma under Prof. Pamela Rosenkranz.

Her awards include the Target Partners Scholarship, the Otmar Alt Scholarship, first prize at the Trudering Art Days and the Ampertal Art Prize. Since 2019, she has received a studio rental grant from the City of Munich. Her works have been presented in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Germany and France.
