Anna Pasco Bolta

Anna Pasco (b. 1990, Barcelona) works at the intersection of art, science and technology, exploring from an ecological and relational perspective how life and coexistence emerge and are sustained. In her transdisciplinary practice, she combines art theory, pop culture, gastronomy, performance and scientific collaboration to explore new forms of relationship between humans, other species and their environment.

She studied Fine Art at the Universitat de Barcelona and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, graduating with distinction. Her works have been exhibited internationally, including at the Haus der Kunst, Galerie Herold, the Cairo Off-Biennale, La Capella, the Kunsthalle Kempten, the Speculum Artium Festival and ISEA. Her work is also part of several collections, including that of the Stadtmuseum München.

Alongside her artistic practice, Pasco is also active in teaching. She has taught at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Universitat de Barcelona and in the Department of Fine Arts within the Faculty of Architecture at the Technical University of Munich, and has collaborated with various cultural institutions.

She has received numerous awards and grants for her work, including the Premi Ricard Camí (2025), funding from the Danish Art Foundation, the Kunstfonds Foundation and Barcelona Producció. She is currently part of the SAC-FiC programme at Fabra i Coats – Fàbrica de Creació in Barcelona.
