Producer-Artist ZOUJ (aka Adam Abdelkader Lenox) creates imaginative contemporary music, kickstarting his career as a producer four years ago with his critically acclaimed mixtape TAGAT, followed by METAL and ONLY RISKS (released via City Slang Records). After securing slots at EUROSONIC, MELT!, and The Great Escape, ZOUJ embarked on his first festival tour in 2022, followed by a 30-show headline tour across Europe and the UK in 2023. Renowned for his unconventional production style, Adam starts to use his skills beyong his own projects, and has landed sync deals with Nike, Gucci, and Foot Locker while making waves in Germany’s rap scene, working with national legend Bazzazian. His collaborations have yielded chart-topping success in germany: a #1 Pop record with LEONIDEN, a #17 Rock record with PABST, and a #7 with Apsilon. In the Middle East, ZOUJ partnered for multiple releases with NOUR, LELLA FADDA and collaborated with TUL8TE. In a surreal twist, Adult Swim featured his work on Off the Air and Toonami—a honor he still can’t quite explain. ZOUJ is more than a music project. Adam collaborates with a growing network of musicians, producers, directors, animators, and graphic artists to fuse sound, visuals, symbols, and movement—all guided by the DIY and punk-hardcore ethos that shaped him. The magic lies in unexpected collaborations, childlike curiosity paired with a mature intuition, and a celebration of chaos.
