Victoria Lobato

Victoria Lobato is studying art history as well as medieval and Renaissance studies at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and advocates for remembrance in art and culture through the students.remember association. With a particular focus on queer memory culture, she sees the late-night discussion of “Mitleidsprotokoll – every tear recorded” as a productive and interactive way to engage with memory in relation to the future. Hervé Guibert shaped his memory with a great deal of personal agency: an exploration of this deserves reflection within the community, if not particularly today, then certainly at some point.
