Hannah Grimme

Hannah Grimme is a set and costume designer. Her work encompasses spatial concepts across various formats, ranging from sound performances to video and theater.

From 2022 to 2024, she studied Stage Design and Scenic Space at the Technical University of Berlin. During this time, she began collaborating with performers such as Martha Hincapié Charry at Radialsystem and with sound artist Daria Redkina. She also created designs for Telamon.TV and the Friedrichstadt-Palast. Hannah completed her studies in 2024 with the multichannel video installation “Strangers.”

Since then, Hannah has worked with renowned teams at venues such as the Deutsche Oper Berlin, the Münchner Kammerspiele, and the Theater Bielefeld, as well as on projects in the independent theater scene.

She has been working as a set design assistant at the Münchner Kammerspiele since the 2025–2026 season and has designed, among other things, the set for “Der Österreichische Mittagstisch” and the set and costume concept for Melina Dressler’s production of “Kokain”.
