Sima Dehgani

Sima Dehgani is a Munich-based photographer and freelance artist. Her focus is on portrait and documentary photography. In her artistic projects, she searches for new visual forms to make social issues visible. She studied art and multimedia at the LMU Munich and at the Academy of Fine Arts Munich in the class of Dieter Rehm. Her works have been shown at the NS-Dokumentationszentrum, the Residenztheater Munich, the Lothringer 13 Halle and Public Art Munich, among others, and have received several awards, including the City of Munich Sponsorship Award.
