Sandra Chatterjee

Sandra Chatterjee is a choreographer and academic (Culture & Performance/Dance Studies) and, together with Sarah Bergh, co-initiator of CHAKKARs – Moving Interventions (chakkars.de) in Munich, is dedicated to approaches to dance that are critical of discrimination from a post-migrant/BIPoC perspective. Artistically, Sandra is interested in direct exchange with the audience and incorporates senses that are less considered in dance (e.g. smells in SWEAT – Smells of Labor, Smells of Racism and Smells of Coexistence – The Bee of the Heart).
