Anna Fierz

Anna Fierz completed her master’s degree in theater pedagogy at the HMT Rostock and has been working as a theater pedagogue at Theater HORA in Zurich since 2019. Her work involves the participatory design of inclusive theater processes. Put simply, she wants different people to be able to make art together. This includes artistic collaboration with a view to new ways of speaking, writing and movement and formats, the agogic accompaniment of colleagues with disabilities in and around rehearsals and the mediation of possible inclusive working methods within theater institutions. To put it simply: she likes to mediate creatively in many directions.
She has worked with Henrike Iglesias, vorschlag:hammer, Simone Aughterlony, Teresa Vittucci, Annina Machaz, Tiziana Pagliaro, Yanna Rüger, Daniel Cremer, Melanie Bonajo, Nicolas Stehmann, Stephan Stock, HELMI, Gianni Blumer and Lilja Rupprecht, among others. She has also worked with Nele Jahnke (Münchner Kammerspiele) and Frank Häusermann for many years.
In addition to her work at Theater HORA, she works as a freelancer. She is part of the artistic co-direction of the project KAFi Q - an inclusive performance café, which has been a guest at Theaterhaus Gessnerallee since 2024.
