WAH-WAH

A dance project by Anna Konjetzky, only two dates - don't miss it

Performance

In “Wah-Wah”, Anna Konjetzky opens up a kaleidoscope of constellations and aggregate states. Like a chemical reaction, the bodies of six dancers connect, jointly pulse, push back, separate and circle, before pulling together once more. A swarm forms in front of the viewer’s eyes, which seems to follow an indeterminable, but immanent order, an un- or pre-conscious impulse, setting off constant chain reactions and causing new orders of bodies in relation to each other. The group disintegrates into its components. Solos and duets are formed. Confusions occur, bodies block themselves, attract and repel each other, take over the movement repertoire of the counterpart, lean toward each other, exhaust themselves to form a common rhythm, an energised, all-encompassing whole.
