Text. Drugs. Intoxication. Post apocalypse. A dealer supplies a group of junkies with a new, first-class material – it’s called Dostoyevsky. The drug transforms consumers into characters from the novel “The Idiot”. The group trip turns into a wildly ecstatic, deadly intoxication for the players in which the audience can barely distinguish between delusion and reality. Text as intoxication. Theatre as a drug. Drug as resistance and escape.
