READING OF THE PLAY BY FRANK WITZEL FEAT. JULE BÖWE, JULISCHKA EICHEL AND JULIA RIEDLER
Three actresses become so ensnared in each other on the rehearsal stage that it soon becomes impossible to say where their roles begin and their characters end. Theatre and life collapse into one – but not quite. Julia once complains: “Yes, Yes. It’s always so easy in the theatre. You can walk off stage if you don’t know how to carry on. But reality is quite different. Where are you supposed to go? What destination is there?” Frank Witzel has dedicated his new play to the actresses Jule Böwe, Julischka Eichel and Julia Riedler, who will do a reading from it on the night.
