GRENZGÄNGERFESTIVAL: IRRE IST MENSCHLICH

BY THOMAS B. HOFFMANN, THEATER DIE TONNE, REUTLINGEN, DIRECTOR: ENRICO URBANEK

festival

The story of a young man on his way to great happiness: Moritz has met the supposed love of his life on the Internet and has established the first delicate ties. Nevertheless, or perhaps precisely because of this, he has not yet dared to tell her about his disability. That’s when the roommates of his residential group take action and intervene without his knowledge — after all, no one really knows who the contributors to the chat group really are ... Suddenly Moritz’ dream woman would like to meet him personally and see him play in his band — a band Moritz did not know existed up until now. So he has no choice but to use all available means — and forms a group as quickly as possible with a motley group of residents, complemented by a few musicians who have seen better times, to impress his beloved with a stunning concert.

In cooperation with BAFF [with the support of Lebenshilfe and BruderhausDiakonie], the Faculty of Special Needs Education at The Ludwigsburg University of Education, the BruderhausDiakonie studios in Reutlingen as well as the LWV integration assistance in Rappertshofen Reutlingen.
