Kino Asyl 2026

Young refugees are organising a festival featuring films from their home countries. And this broadens horizons, year after year. On 25 November 2026, KINO ASYL will be appearing at the Münchner Kammerspiele. The evening will centre on a selection of films presented by curators with personal experience of displacement, showcasing diverse stories, perspectives and film cultures. In the Q&As and discussions that follow, there will be opportunities for questions, encounters and personal exchanges.
