WORK 2026, PRESS START

From 22–25 July, the Werkraum at the Münchner Kammerspiele will be transformed into a GAMING ZONE!

Just before the end of the school year – and thus just before the theatre season break – students from the Otto Falckenberg School will be performing in the Werkraum for four consecutive evenings.

As every year, the programme will feature a colourful mix of monologues, scenes, song, dance, performance and improvisation – some previously staged and others created especially for WORK. Our aim here is less to create a coherent dramaturgical framework and more to showcase what we consider important, interesting and funny.

This year, too, we are once again aiming to focus on the accessibility of the festival and make it more inclusive.

Please let us know in your message which day you would like to attend, how many tickets you need, and how we can best support you so that you can enjoy the evening to the full.

During the intervals and after the screenings, there will also be an opportunity at the festival centre to chat with one another, buy merchandise or simply enjoy a cold drink!
