Yossi Tsabari – an Arab Jew, queer and a father – lives between worlds. Through spoken word, he brings to light what is often overlooked and draws our attention to the blind spots in our society. In this workshop, he takes it a step further: the focus is on the vulnerability of writing and surviving in a language that is not one’s mother tongue.

He performs, talks about his writing process and helps you turn your thoughts into words that really make an impact. To round things off, there’ll be a relaxed open mic or a short reading.
