Workshop Pinocchio: RealityRemix – Schnitt, Kleb & Schimmer

Pinocchio is created from a tree, from nature, from wood—from something alive that continues to have an effect. The world of the play tells of metamorphoses. Of how forms change, how something new is created, how something within us and around us comes to life.

Immediately after the performance of Pinocchio, we invite you to the Habibi Kiosk to experience these transformations for yourselves. Together, we will transform collected, recyclable materials into little miracles: figures, landscapes, fantasy creatures. Things that have already had a first life will be given a second one — through your hands and your imagination. And we invite you to be like Pinocchio: generous, curious, and free from fear. Ready to discover the unexpected and find beauty where you might not immediately expect it.

The afternoon will be accompanied by an exhibition by artist Amit Naamani, who has been working with paper, images, and texts for many years, creating something new from torn pieces.

The workshop is open to everyone—children, families, adults. A place to cut, glue, and marvel. Come by and experience how something magical can be created from the simplest of things

 
