Is this still art or already propaganda? In the past, the Russian-born director Serge Okunev and the Ugandan actor Hamir Ssemwogerere have both been involved in projects that misused art for propaganda purposes. In “oder kann das weg”, they confront this past and take responsibility for their actions at the time.
A production of Bayerische Theaterakademie August Everding and Hochschule für Musik und Theater München with the Directing for Music and Speech Theater, Performative Arts course.
