Theater Conference for cultural educators and teachers – Democracy

Now it’s all about democracy. With fun and games, democracy as a principle and as a political system can be experienced as a team. The game is suitable for substitute lessons, project days, the constitutional quarter hour or normal lessons. In the workshop with Lena Scholle, teachers can try out the game and how to play it together.

The players discuss, answer knowledge questions, immerse themselves in role-playing, get creative and collect democracy points. In the process, they learn about democratic processes and the different political levels. Together, everyone draws up a manifesto that sets out what needs to change at school and in society, and what each individual can do to achieve this.
