Jewish musicians have been part of pop music culture from the very beginning – those that everyone knows are Jewish and those that are less well known. We explore works by great pop artists from the Beastie Boys to Neil Diamond, from Pink to Billy Joel, from the Ramones to Lou Reed.

After featuring “Jewish Jazz” on our program in recent years, JCOM is now venturing into new territory and poaching in the pop music history of the last 50 years. Together with the performers Jelena Kuljić and Damian Rebgetz, we embark on a journey of discovery. Of course, as usual, there will be exciting background information and fun facts about the Jewish pop artists.
