What institutions does a city need in order to organize its future? We are holding a public discussion with experts, artists, students and pupils who are taking part in the project “PEARL. Creating places for youth culture”. An interdisciplinary exchange about theater and places for the urban community. And afterwards there will be drinks and films by Ciné Vélo Cité.
