DOS VIDAS. TWO LIVES subjects the biographies of two actor friends to a comparison and stress test: Jorge Antonio Arias Cortez was born in May 1985 in Oruro in the Bolivian Altiplano, Nicola Fritzen in October 1978 in Berlin. One lived on the street. One was in prison. One has a house by the sea. Both come from middle-class families. Both have several children. How much inequality can a global friendship tolerate? Who succeeds in the “good life”, who cheats, who falls? Director Christoph Frick and his group KLARA Theaterproduktionen make theater everywhere. Following the mega-successful guest performance of “Palmasola”, we will be showing their new show in the Import Export courtyard. Before and after, we celebrate with music from Coco Maria’s record bag. The urbane super DJ from Mexico plays a set that she designed especially for these two evenings. Anyone watching her at work will quickly realize that Coco Maria’s love of music is infectious and her mix is all about variety. With numerous varieties of South and Latin American dance music and plenty of cumbia, she brings us the end of the season under the stars!
