Born in Daraa in 1989, Raaed completed his B.A in Archeology from Damascus University (Syria), and Alexandria University (Egypt). He specialised in Near and Middle East Archeology, Mesopotamian and Ancient Syrian texts as well as restoration. He took part in different excavation missions in Syria before arriving in Germany where he continued his studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (München). Aside, Raaed is a short stories writer with a growing interest in playwriting. Since the beginning of 2018, he is performing his own story on the Münchner Kammerspiele stage in “What They Want To Hear” directed by Lola Arias.
