FEAT. DANILO SCHOLZ UND EKKEHARD KNÖRER
Under the title “Episode”, experts and theorists from the environment of the movie magazine “Cargo” each present a TV production for discussion. After author Nora Bossong discussed the first two seasons from 1990 and 1991 in March last year, Danilo Scholz, in conversation with Ekkehard Knörer, pays tribute to the sequel to the series “Twin Peaks”, which was aired last year and hailed a masterpiece by critics and audiences alike. Born in 1984 and raised near Bitterfeld, the historian Scholz studied political theory and the history of ideas at the University of Cambridge and completed his master’s degree in philosophy at the École normal supérieure in Paris. He regularly writes for the Merkur and the tageszeitung newspapers and is the co-editor of the essay collection “Euro Trash” published by Merve Verlag, a much debated political-philosophical review of Europe’s crisis.
